You’ll support clients through Support at Home and the Hospital Substitution Program, helping them achieve goals and maintain independence. Deliver targeted Occupational Therapy for clients with complex health conditions or age-related care needs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve client goals. Engage in our clinical supervision program with a dedicated supervisor.
